Why can't I get access to the new account/client system?

You can still login to your cPanel control panel as normal but at the beginning of 2013 we migrated over to a new system to make it easy for existing users to order new services, upgrade/downgrade accounts, and register, renew, and transfer domain names. You can login to the new client area here. Try the password reset to gain access. If your email address isn't found try the original email address that you provided to us when you signed up for services. If you are still unable to login or not all of your domains/services are shown please contact us.
