My cPanel control panel password isn't working. How do I look it up or reset it?

Login to the client area. From the top navigation bar choose Services, and then click on My Services. Next, locate the account you're trying to access and click on the View Details button. If your password is already stored in the system, you can scroll to the bottom of page and click the Login to cPanel button. If this doesn't log you into cPanel your password isn't saved in the system yet. Scroll back up to the top of the page and click on the Change Password tab. From here you can reset your password. Choose a secure password! It will be saved in your client area in the future.

Click here if you're having problems accessing the client area. Or if some of your domains or services are missing from the client area please contact us so we can add them for you.
