To cancel your hosting service(s), login to your client area and choose Services and then from the drop-down select My Services. Locate the domain you want to cancel hosting service on, and click on the View Details button next to it. From this screen click the Management Actions tab and select Request Cancellation. Briefly describe your reason for cancellation, and select either "Immediately" or "End Of Billing Period" and then click the Request Cancellation button. Before cancelling your service, please note that Premium accounts can be downgraded to Free accounts. If you're having trouble affording our Premium service but still need the bandwidth/disk space that the service offers, please let us know so we can set something up that works within your financial constraints.
